Led the UX from ideation to high-fidelity designs for Fisher & Paykel's first appliance subscription service. The launch hit 1,000 subscribers in Australia and 700 in New Zealand within the first three months, and the model has since extended to dish tablets and other product lines.

AMI Roadside Rescue — launching a new non-insurance subscription

Led the UX launch of AMI Roadside Rescue, a non-insurance subscription service from one of New Zealand's largest insurers. The product launched with a 68% customer approval rating for its convenience and peace of mind. Also bridged the gap between IAG's core and AMI design systems, creating a "master UI" file now used across teams.

Client stories

Inspiring client experiences.

Shrutika completely transformed how we show up online. Our new site started bringing in real leads inside the first week — not just visitors, customers.

SW Sarah Whitman Founder, Harbourline Co. · March 2026

Working with Shrutika felt like having a senior product designer and a developer rolled into one. Three days from brief to a live site that's actually quicker than our old WordPress one.

MC Marcus Chen Co-founder, Ember & Oak · April 2026

She set up the form alerts, Google review automation and local SEO in one go. I now get a text the moment someone enquires. Easily the best investment we've made this year.

My story

From Mumbai design studios to Melbourne small businesses.

I started as a senior designer in India in 2013, working on brand and digital projects for startups and agencies. In 2016, I moved to New Zealand to study Creative Technologies at Media Design School, then spent the next eight years working in-house on enterprise UX — NZ Post, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, and most recently IAG Insurance.

I shipped subscriptions across four countries, ran user research at scale, built design systems used by teams of designers, and learned exactly what makes digital products work for real customers.

In 2025 I moved to Melbourne and started Stamp Code — bringing that enterprise-grade rigour to the small businesses who need it most. Combined with AI tools (I build alongside Claude Code), I can deliver in days what agencies quote in months, at a fraction of the cost.

I work from home in Burwood East, around the schedule of my eight-month-old. Best of both worlds.
